Overview: In this role your core responsibility is to design cutting edge post-purchase experiences for our clients! You will work with our customer success team to design tracking pages, emails, and other notification experiences that help our ecommerce clients delight their customers. Your designs will be viewed by 10s of millions of consumers.
What you'll do:
- Build, edit, and maintain our tracking pages
- Build, edit, and maintain our shipping email templates
- Design custom shipping email templates for clients when needed
- Manage freelancer(s) to contract our design needs during high growth periods
- Meets with customer success managers (CSM) and client during initial design strategy meeting
- Work with Head of Customer Success to refine and improve design process with clients
- Build and edit email designs and triggers on behalf of clients
- QA test tracking page and emails; own final design experience delivered to client
- Work with CSM to deliver a successful implementation from install to launch for client
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of graphic design experience
- Experience with Webflow or related design tools like Sketch or Photoshop
- Experience working directly with or clients
- Familiarity with html for email
