Overview: In this role your core responsibility is to build the marketing engine for Malomo.
What you'll do:
- Be the first marketing leader at a company that's growing fast
- Build our marketing automation system and set it up to scale 10x
- Build and grow our marketing team
- Help design a high growth partnerships program
- Build an inbound system that generates consistent inbound leads
- Help make our brand ubiquitous
- Build our paid search and paid display programs
- Build and execute our social media strategy
- Coordinate with the inside sales team to ramp up inbound leads
- Collaborate with founders and team members to define our product, positioning, and messaging
Requirements:
- Have experience running marketing at a fast-growing tech startup (points for experience in e-commerce apps)
- 3+ years experience in B2B marketing role
- Proficiency in marketing automation systems (preferably Hubspot), with a strong understanding of downstream integration with CRM
- Want to lead
- Have a great eye for design
- Are a storyteller and love to write
